We always recommend booking an appointment to ensure we can give you our undivided attention, but please feel free to give us a call before you set off to see when we are available. We'll put the kettle on and answer all your initial questions.
Step 2: Tour the Park & Choose Your Home from Home Your personal tour is the perfect opportunity to see what makes our park so special. Together, we will:

Step 3: Receive Your All-in-One Part Exchange Price Once you’ve chosen your new holiday home and pitch, we’ll sit down and gather a few details about your current caravan or lodge (make, model, age, and location). With this information, we will provide you with a single, straightforward price to part exchange. It's a clear, all-in-one figure that makes your decision simple and transparent.
Step 4: The Seamless Switch & Handover
Once you’ve accepted our part exchange price, the final steps are straightforward. You simply need to inform your current park and settle any outstanding bills with them, and we handle the rest. From there, you join our simple and transparent purchase journey.
Making It Official, The great news is that your holiday home part exchange acts as your deposit, making the process even simpler. We’ll guide you through the clear and simple paperwork, including your official Sales Agreement and the BH&HPA Licence Agreement which secures your tenure on the park. Our team will explain everything, so you have a complete understanding with no unanswered questions.
Preparing Your New Home from Home, While we coordinate the collection of your old caravan or lodge, our expert team gets to work preparing your new holiday home. This includes siting it perfectly, carrying out full safety tests, and connecting all the utilities. If you’ve added extras like decking, we'll ensure it's all built and ready for your arrival.
The Exciting Handover Day, We'll agree on a handover date that works for you, when any final balance is due. On the day, we’ll meet you at your immaculate new holiday home for a personal walkthrough, demonstrating how everything works and confirming that it's exactly as you dreamed. Once you're completely happy, we’ll hand over the keys, and you can officially start your new life at Coldstream Holiday Park!
